Long time friend and occasionally competent poker player (also CEO of Wingstop, I should mention), Charlie Morrison takes time to discuss foundational values, the business dynamic of the “pivot” required during times of change, the importance of corporate culture and the critical role our restaurant employers play in the American ecosystem.

Charlie has chops – as Chairman and CEO of Wingstop, Inc., he is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the Company and it’s global operations. He is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience with various companies including Pizza Hut, Steak and Ale Restaurants, Kinko’s, and Boston Market. He joined Wingstop in June 2012.
